The 365 Project

In an attempt to limit excuses, erase de-motivation, and change up my routine, I've challenged myself to run at least three miles per day for 365 straight days. Rain, shine, sickness, health, 365 days to determine if I have what it takes to stick to something (besides, you know, marriage and my long-term relationship with olives.) Along the road I'll discuss healthy eating (and not so healthy drinking,) the work/life balance, friends, marriage, and my far-too-many pets.
